Françoise Lebrun started Yoga at the age of 17 with the Sivananda teacher Mr. Jouris at the University of Liège , nowadays she practises Hatha Yoga, Nidra Yoga, Kriya Yoga and Yoga of Sound, she teaches Hatha Yoga in several centres and hotels of Lanzarote. Alternative therapies gradually came across her life, Infants Massage, Reiki, Quantum Touch, EFT, she's a qualified therapist by the Government of the Canary Islands in Massage, Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage.
